First Volume of 'The World of PTC’ presented at JET EXPO, Paris

 

At the JET EXPO, CINET Board Members Mr Peter Wennekes, CEO, and mr Dirk Vanmeirhaeghe, Chairman, present mr Benoît Jourjon, representative of the French Ministry, Head of Division Chronic Hazards and Environmental Quality) the first edition of the book series ‘The World of PTC: Safe & Sustainable Processing in Professional Textile Care’

At the JET EXPO show in Paris, held a little over a week ago on October 11 – 14, the first volume of the CINET project ‘The World of PTC’ was presented to mr Benoît Jourjon, representative of the French Ministry of Environmental Affairs. Both the audience and mr Benoît Jourjon were impressed by this 350-pages, full-colour book, chock-full of valuable information hitherto unavailable in the Professional Textile Care industry.

CSC ServiceWorks to acquire Mac-Gray for $524 million

 

Commercial laundry solutions provider CSC ServiceWorks Inc. and laundry facilities management services provider Mac-Gray Corporation have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger. CSC will acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Mac-Gray for $21.25 per share, presenting a premium of 42% over the company’s closing stock price on 14 October.
